Your First Visit to Our St Louis Practice

Our foyer is warm and welcoming. The first thing patients notice when they arrive at Chiro Wellness is that our practice is run out of a home, not a typical commercial, clinical setting.  Our comfortable, homey concept is designed to put you at ease from the start, helping you to relax and de-stress from your day.

Parking is available on Hartford Street in front of the building or anywhere on the street, or until 3PM you may park on Hampton Avenue near the side entrance.

You'll usually enter through the front door located on Hartford Street.  If the front stairs are hard for you to climb, there is a side entrance on Hampton with a slight incline and a small step.

You'll be warmly greeted as you enter Chiro Wellness. Once you get settled comfortably in the Reception Area, you will be asked to complete the initial paperwork if you haven't yet had a chance to do so. Next, we'll likely show you a short introductory video.

You won't have to wait long but, while you do, you will be comfortable!
We Explain Everything First

The purpose of your consultation with Dr. Pecaut in the privacy of her office is to discuss your health goals and see if chiropractic is likely to help you. If it looks promising, a thorough examination will help identify the cause of your problem.

Patients appreciate that we explain everything in advance so they can make a truly informed choice.

Dr. Linda Asks some important questions of interest to St Louis residents - Chiropractor St Louis Dr. Linda Asks...

How long does it take to form a bone spur?
Many who begin chiropractic care think their problem happened "last week when you bent over funny." But pictures of the spine tell a different story. Chiropractors know it can take your body years to deposit the calcium necessary to form a bone spur. It's your body's response to stress due to gravity or joint malfunction. And chiropractic care can help.
Are aches and pains good or bad?
While aches or pains may be unpleasant, they're merely warning signs. As a St Louis chiropractor, I see this all the time. The pain is not the problem! It just means a limitation has been reached and something needs to change. That's when we get to work correcting the underlying cause.
